2. Service description

URLW is a URL shortening service that transforms long URLs into shareable short links, with real-time click statistics tracking and REST API access.

Access to the service is conditional on acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions.

3. Registration and account

• Registration is open to any adult natural or legal person
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password
• One account per natural person or legal entity
• You must provide a valid and functional email address
• Anablabs reserves the right to suspend any account in violation of these Terms

4. Plans and pricing

URLW offers several subscription plans (see pricing):

• Free Plan: free, with limited quotas, no commitment
• Paid plans: monthly billing by automatic payment via Stripe
• Prices are shown in euros including tax
• In case of price changes, you will be notified by email 30 days before taking effect

5. Acceptable use

It is strictly prohibited to use URLW to:

• Create links to illegal content (child pornography, hate, terrorism, etc.)
• Distribute spam or phishing
• Distribute malware (malware, ransomware, etc.)
• Circumvent geographic restrictions for fraudulent purposes
• Any form of intellectual property infringement
• Automate link creation for abusive purposes (beyond the subscribed plan's quotas)

Anablabs reserves the right to delete any link and suspend any account that violates these rules, without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the URLW service (source code, interface, logo, brand) are the exclusive property of Anablabs SAS and are protected by French and international copyright laws.

The URLs and content you shorten remain your property. You grant us only a technical license necessary for the operation of the service (redirect, counting).

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Anablabs commits to maintaining maximum availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

• Anablabs cannot be held liable for temporary service unavailability
• Anablabs does not control the content that user-created links point to
• Anablabs' liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 3 months

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your Billing section or by contacting us.

• Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days
• Paid subscriptions can be cancelled without charge, effective at the end of the current period
• No pro-rata refunds for mid-month cancellations

Anablabs may terminate your account with 15 days' notice for breach of Terms, or without notice in the case of proven fraud.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of Anablabs SAS's registered office.

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, for any unresolved dispute, the consumer may freely use a consumer mediator.
